Hesston Hay Equipment
Hesston hay and forage equipment is known for durability and quality. We are proud to carry the Massey Ferguson Hesston 1700 Series Economy Balers. Engineered to handle 2,500 or more bales every year, these hard working machines are the only balers in their class featuring dual pivoting tension arms. And that means providing more uniform bales, every time.
Despite being the economy line, the 1700 Series balers feature the same patented open-throat design and vertical bale chamber as the Hesston 2900 Series. That means no feed or compression rolls, and no or drum rollers to restrict hay flow or create wrapping problems.
What's more, the 1700 Series incorporates Hesston's well-regarded drive system. Expect long-lasting performance, reduced maintenance, and lower operating costs.
Massey Ferguson Hesston 1745
Need bigger bales for your livestock? Build 4' x'5' bales up to 1250 lbs. with the 1745. This machine is designed for budget-conscious owners who need less than 3,000 bales a year.
This baler provides real-time information from Console 1, so you can quit wondering about your bales. The Dual Density system brings bale uniformity and higher density.
And the Deluxe Auto-Tie Controller (twine and mesh) gives you fingertip control, whether you need manual, automatic or semi-automatic modes. Pre-set a bale diameter and let auto control tie when the size is reached. Or use semi-automatic to alert you to activate the tying cycle. Use manual mode to manage complete control of the tying process.
